Because these are personalised digital creations, some terms differ from standard retail purchases.

How the preview model works

Foximo uses a preview-first support model.

This means you may hear or view preview versions before deciding what to keep.

Support applies to the versions, upgrades, or experiences you choose to unlock or keep.

Delivery expectations

Most Foximo projects are delivered within 24–48 hours.

More complex custom requests may occasionally take longer.

If delays occur, communication will be provided wherever reasonably possible.

About personalised creations

Foximo creates gifts based on the information, stories, and preferences you provide.

Because personalised creative work is inherently subjective, creative interpretation is part of the service.

Refunds

Because Foximo provides personalised digital creative products, completed unlocked purchases are generally non-refundable.

Any personal details, stories, names, or gifting context you provide are handled respectfully and used only for the purpose of creating your Foximo experience.

Foximo uses essential browser storage and cookies to keep the site working reliably and to remember lightweight interface preferences.

Digital product delivery

Foximo products are delivered digitally.

It is your responsibility to download and save your purchased or unlocked content where instructed.

When a song is unlocked, the matching lyrics PDF is included in the private room without an additional fee.

Unlocked songs, artwork, lyrics PDFs, and visual upgrade MP4 files are kept available for about one month, then may be deleted. Foximo sends a reminder before the private room expires.

Storage and availability

Private rooms and unlocked media are not permanent cloud storage.

Songs, artwork, lyrics PDFs, and Foximo visual upgrade MP4 files remain downloadable for about one month from the private-room delivery period.

Foximo sends a reminder before cleanup so you can download and save anything you want to keep.

Acceptable use

Foximo is intended for thoughtful, respectful gifting experiences.

Foximo reserves the right to decline requests that are abusive, inappropriate, harmful, or incompatible with the intended nature of the service.

Song Usage Rights

Custom songs are created exclusively for the purchaser and may be used for personal and promotional purposes.

Resale, redistribution as a standalone product, or claiming exclusive copyright ownership is not permitted unless expressly agreed otherwise.
